Customer Reviews. NO SALT is a Great replacement for salt. I lost about 20 lbs in the first month I used it. I Quit using regular Salt altogether. My feet and legs Quit swelling up and holding water. My Dr. advised me to use "NO SALT" as a salt substatute after I had tried others that left a tin like after taste in my mouth that I didn't like.
