Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I'm not an expert on olive oil but I really like this stuff. It has a very light flavor which is what I personally prefer. I bought this bottle after reading so much about the lower end EVOO actually being a blend of oils, most of which aren't olive. They suggested you look for oils that source all their olives or oils from the same country, comes in a dark bottle, has the date it was made and that it's certified by an outside source. I used to buy a wonderful Turkish olive oil from Whole Foods. When they stopped carrying it I went on a quest to find something to take it's place. This one definitely does the trick. It's great for dipping bread, to use with a little lemon on a salad, I sprinkle it onto avocados with salt, and the price is so reasonable that I don't hesitate to cook with it as well.
